Terrible

I went to take my german shepherd and tibetan terrier to get their haircut. We told the dog groomer to match the dogs coat to the shorter hair on her head. The groomer said that she would try and if she couldn't match it that she wouldn't do anything. When I got there the german shepherds entire body was completely shaved with patches of hair in varying lengths. She looked similar to a dog with a skin disease. This in no way matched her head or her paws. After talking to the owner he admitted that he cut the dogs hair and not the groomer, and that he was not a dog groomer. He said that they were overbooked and he just stepped in to help with the work load. He agreed that it was a mistake. When I got out to the lobby and told the front desk clerk that I wasn't paying she asked him, he came out and made a big deal. Long story short he made excuse after excuse and I was left with a $135 payment for a very poor grooming job on my dog. Not only does it look bad, but it can be detremental to a German Shepherd's health to have its coat completely shaven as it can cause burning and other skin disfigurarations as their coat serves as their protection. This place had terrible customer service from the very start - completely unprofessional.
