Longview Dog Park (at Gerhart Gardens Park)

The Gearhart Garden dog park is nothing fancy, mainly just a three-acre plot of fenced land where our canine friends can run around and play. We continue to work on improving it by adding water spigots to the site, adding a kiosk to post local pet-friendly events and information, and hopefully in the coming year a shade structure of some sort. We are hoping that the good city of Longview will start to see the advantages of promoting the fact they have the ONLY off-leash dog park between Battleground and Centralia, Washington. It is less than half a mile off of I-5, and with many local business nearby, it is a great place to stop on your way north or south on the freeway. If you get a chance, stop by and check it out.
