I am visiting family in the area & have been to this park twice now. Once during the week & the other time on a weekend. It is one large rectangle sized yard covered in gravel & dirt. Half of the yard has large trees/shade, while the other half is open. There is no small dog area for those wondering. There is a hose & 2 community bowls to use for the water. Tennis balls are strewn everywhere! Easy to just grab a ball to toss for your furry friend. The park has been stinky each time I was there.

The crowd here has varied. You have your friendly dogs & you have your bullies/untrained in manners dogs. A large puppy kept knocking my 16 lb. dog over & following him & when my dog corrected him, the puppy was too dense to understand. The same puppy also had no recall & when the owner tried to leave the puppy did not listen & she asked the other people in the park to get her dog for her. A large Rhodesian Ridgeback, as she was coming in, proceeded to knock over a King Charles Cavalier Spaniel making the poor small dog yelp, than the Ridgeback growled & barked at it. The owner just said "hopefully she mellows out" & then spent the rest of her time in the park talking on her cell phone rather then watching/interacting with her dog.

This park is okay for your dog to run, poop/pee, & to maybe chase a ball if other dogs let you. The in attentive owners & untrained dogs don't make it a very fun place for me & my dog.

Great Dog park. Fully fenced in. Has water and bowls there for your dogs and tables for you to sit at. Waste bags are there but it is always better to bring your own. Over all very clean and nice. It is a dirt park so for us doggie parents I would recommend sneakers not flip flops in the summer unless you want dirty feel.
