This dog park has a picket fence that smaller dogs may be able to escape from. It also has grass, benches and shade trees; but be sure to bring water for your dog. It has also been noted that the park drains well after it rains. There is an on leash walking path near the dog park.

Very nice, neat dog park.
This dogpark covers about 1/2 block, and is actually on Liberty, at the first driveway North of Swiss Ave. It is surrounded by a picket fence and DOES NOT have a water supply. However, because of the angle of the land, the entire park is usually dry a SHORT time after any rain. The picket fence is not very good for really tiny dogs, because they can conceivably escape underneath the boards. They would need to be watched carefully. There is plenty of parking, and a nice place to sit in the shade in a few benches placed on a small concrete slab. Plastic bags for excrement are provided in two locations at the park.
There are nice shade trees placed around part of the perimeter and always very nice people with well behaved dogs.
I don't know who cares for the park, but I have heard that the business just to the East of the actual park is the owner of the property. They keep up the grass and keep the park watered at night.
