Not bad but could be better

As part of my NYC dog park tour I decided to see what Brooklyn had to offer.

Things it had going for it:

- Decent size by NYC standards
- Had dog fountains
- Owners for the most part picked up after their dogs here
- Has a small dog area
- Has picnic tables and seating around trees for humans
- Has plenty of shade trees

Things it has going against it:

- Area around fountain is a mud pit
- Mostly dirt, so after a heavy ran it has to be a mud pit
- Small dog area doesn't look like anyone uses it or takes care of it.
- Very hard to find a parking spot (on street parking only)
- No restrooms
- Needs more maintenance.

Overall not a bad run/park considering the options in the area which results in this run/park looking a little overused.

Impressive and spacious

A wonderful dog park with lots of space, nice hills for dogs to run up and down, benches for humans.
