Great Most of the Time

The area is really great. There is a lot of space for the dogs to run in. Now that they put up the 'tent,' it is even better.

The park is almost always busy during dry and warm days. It's a nice place to take the puppies out to. I have had a positive experience almost every time that I had gone there.

Dog park Paw magnets are now available at the Mt. Olive Health Dept Monday-FRIDAY 8:30-4:30. Only a $10 donation, we have a limited quantity. The proceeds will help purchase the new shade shelter and other projects around the park.

Only some of the weekday

Only some of the weekday morning owners and dogs are great. Some have aggressive dogs, some have no control over their dogs and others think that they own the park and can tell people if they can come in with their dogs or sty in the small dog area.

Super terrific dog park

Lots of great dog owners, especially the weekday morning crowd. Weekends are usually not the time to go, as you get extremes of people who have no clue to those who think they own the park.

No water, but bags and receptacles. A promised shelter has never been installed. There are two separate fenced in area's, but it is not so much a small & large dog park as it is a side for more aggressive dogs who get tired out running the fence. Its a good setup.
