Good dog park... Long, people are nice, and an overall good experience.
The entryway is roomy and easy to operate with one hand. There are benches and shade provided. There is no grass but not real dirty. There is a watering hole and a poop bag dispenser. This park gets a lot of use so bring you own supplies. Not many owners pick up poop as the gravel surface is well-mined. There are a couple of doggy obstacles but no nice doggy playthings. There is a small-dog enclosure that occupies one corner of the rectangular shaped park. The location is near Virginia Lake which is used by joggers, walkers, strollers, families, pets on leash, geese and ducks, as well as families out for a picnic. The dog park is just south of a grassy area with picnic facilities and kids playground. Unfortunately, this grassy area is covered with land mines too.
