A couple of months ago a fenced dog park was opened off to the side. Dogs are no longer allowed off-lease in the grass area. However, the new dog park is very spacious with some trees and benches. There is also water provided. The surface is still dirt, but I've heard the intent is to put in pea gravel in the future. Overall a very nice place to take the dog when in Carson.

this is such an awesome place to relax take your dogs, sit under trees while our dogs play. Is it true that now they can't run on grass, they built a place on the side for them to run (on bark)??? did i dream this or is this true. If true how sad.
