Opened September 2011. The park has separate area for small dogs (under 32lbs) and drinking water. The park is open till 11pm, there are currently no light. Petco Foundation and the Chad A. Fuqua Foundation provided funds for this dog park.

Small but functional

The park has a small dog side for pups 32 lbs and under, and a large dog side for pups 33 lbs and over. Park hours are from 7 AM to 11 PM. No fees. Currently no lights for nighttime, but car headlights work fine. Each side is approximately 20x100 feet fenced in by a 7ft chain linked fence. Double gate entry for each side. Doggie bags housed conveniently in a mailbox in each side. Water pump located in each side as well. Located about 5 minutes drive from the Branson Landing. It's small but good place to let your dog off leash to do his/her business. Our dogs didn't like the noisy grassy area in front of our hotel, but they loved the grassy dog park. People of Hollister were very nice at the park as well.
