Warning 2 Pitbulls and Owner harrasing Dogs in Grindstone Park

WARNING DOG OWNERS!!!!
A young man in his early twenties has been walking 2 unneutered male pitbulls off leash between the hours of 4-6 pm. He has long shaggy brown hair. He is around 5’9 and 150 pounds. He parks on Grindstone side.
These pitbulls are AGRESSIVE and WILL hurt your animals.
Description of the Dogs- 1 Dark Gray/ 1 Tan
Incidents Reported thus far
One woman called the police, after the young man cussed at her when she asked him to get control of his dog… as it was being very aggressive with her Great Dane puppy. The young man then hid for 2.5 hours, while Columbia police waited for his return. There was an open container in the young man’s vehicle. He was cited for parking in the grass, because the young man never returned.
On another occasion the same young man’s two pitbulls rushed an adult male Doberman who was running alongside his owner as they biked on Grindstone side. The owner of the Doberman did his best to break up the attack while the young man stood idly by, watching. The attack was unprovoked and caused two large punctures in the male Doberman, along with just under a hundred dollars in antibiotics.
BE ADVISED- If you are a young female walking a dog and see this young man and his two pitbulls, steer clear because both he and his animals are aggressive. You may purchase mase at most of your local area hardware stores for $9. As an avid animal lover, I am ashamed of this young man who may be trying to do the right thing by exercising his dogs, but needs to get his animals under control and neutered before they attack, or worse, kill your dog, or bite a person.

TICKS!!!
1

We took our two small dogs here - barely made it to the first bench & the dogs had ticks all over them - couldn't get out of there fast enough!
