Willard's Woods is not a dog park

Please note that Willard's Woods is not a dog park. It is a conservation area that is accessible for a variety of uses.

Well-behaved dogs are currently permitted, but they must be on-leash on the weekends, and always on-leash in on-leash zones at entryways. Only 2 dogs per person are allowed, and dogs must at all times be under immediate restraint and control, either by leash or by voice and sight command. This means that the dog:
o is within its guardian’s sight at all times
o comes immediately when called
o stays at its guardian’s command
o does not charge or chase any person, dog or wildlife, nor engage in any behavior that could reasonably be interpreted as aggressive

Additionally, guardians must carry a waste bag for each dog in their care and pick up and properly dispose of their dogs' waste. Guardians must carry a leash for each dog in their care as well.
