This dog park has benches and trees. Be sure to bring water for your dog. There may be areas in the fence where dogs can escape.
My dogs love this dog park, we love it when its rained and they can roll in the mud (we are nice parents like that) I do like how they have fenced off the wooded area (but there is still a door for access) some people don't want there dogs going and getting in the weeds and mud so its perfect for that. It also has agility! Which is awesome to give your dog something to do if there isn't many people there. There are plenty of shade trees and also some benches and tables. And the people are really nice there.
You might be lucky to meet Bernadet the Pig!
This is a really nice dog park with LOTS of space, agility equipment, picnic tables, benches & trees. I would have given it 5 stars but as previously mentioned there is a gap under the fence and there is no water faucet that I could find. The gap looks like it might be from rain runoff. It could be covered if someone wanted to take the time to devise something. It's big enough to allow small to medium dogs squeeze through. So, if you have a door darter or a runner you might want to skip the park or guard this gap very closely. You should also bring your own water & bowl. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in town.
I was really impressed....until my dog escaped and would like to know why there was an area of the fence that didn't go all the way to the ground??
