This is my first experience attending a dog park. The owners that I have met are friendly and easy going. There are trees and grass. There is sand & rocks at the center of the dog park. The rocks are gathered closely to the new seating area (so the dogs will not dig holes by it). 2 picnic tables with an attached umbrella. 2 kitty pools with water bowl by the fence and a water hose. Summer mornings starting 7:30AM dogs start to arrive. No one really comes around in the afternoon because it's extremely hot. Evenings around 5:30pm-6:30pm is when there's a crowd of dogs. There are moments when a dog will become territorial and start being vicious (normally when there's a large group of dogs). It stinks that it happens that way but people need to understand that owners can't control their dogs. Normally when this happens, the dog & it's owner leaves the park. Overall, I enjoy taking my husky to the park every other day.
