Not crowded, friendly dogs and people

Went to this park to let my pitbull and my parents shiba inu meet. It wasn't too crowded which was nice. Everyone was kind and keeping an eye on their dogs. The only problem was a family brought a intact female pit. At first I thought she just had a problem with our male pit, but we noticed she would try to attack all the male dogs. They finally left when no one was letting their dogs near her. Wish it was enforced that your dog must be fixed. This dog wasn't ready to be socialized. Other than that, great park!

Our GPS could not find it

We ended up at some ones house by this address. It was weird. Never did find the park. Our GPS was confused.-

nice park, lots of grass

Great, friendly people and dogs. Hidden in a neighborhood, hard to find. Not much shade, but very kept up. Would go again.

Logan Gate is a horrible dog park.

Terrible dog park. We were rushed at the gate by 2 large aggressive dogs snarling and bearing their teeth. The owners couldn't have cared less. Needless to say , we didn't go in. IF YOUR DOG HAS AGGRESSIVE TENDENCIES, YOU SHOULDN'T TAKE THEM TO A DOG PARK.

This park was very unkempt. Grass to our mid chins. Hidden in a neighborhood and a lot of people hanging around makes it kind of uncomfortable. Didn't feel safe.

Fees & Proof of Vaccination?

I just moved here from Indiana and our "bark parks" have yearly fees, which helps maintain them, and you have to have proof of vaccination before you get access to the park. Are these parks free?

Very nice dog park

We went to this park for the first time today. It's a nice open area, pretty clean - only a few stray poops. Not much shade but other than really nice.

Great Park

Very big open space both in the small dog area and the large dog area. It is very well maintained. Nice area to sit and buckets for the dogs to drink. There are poop bags provided which is great for me because I always forget mine.

my yelab dog just enjoy the park everytime he is there regardless if its packed with his paw pals or just by himself. needs some shade though because it is really hot in the summer. its great there on the wintertime.

a good dog park

I been here few times and it is a clean dog park. The park itself is large enough for both the small and large dog area. Weekday evenings and weekends are also packed like any other dog park. Weekday daytime is pretty much empty (1 to 2 dogs the most), best time to go if you try to train your dog. People are friendly and regulars are welcoming. There are two small covered sitting area, a water fountain (there are buckets) and a paved walkway. Just need a larger covered sitting area or more trees to provide shade during summer. If you live in citrus, westchase, carollwood, northdale, town & country and surrounding areas this is a nice place to get your dog play with other dogs.
