Higgs Beach Dog Park

Did you notice where you were? It's the Keys, and beer bottles are everywhere. That beach is also where homeless people hang out. You must be some tourist visiting for the holiday weekend. I guess you've never been to Long Beach either. If you have not been there, wait until you see that place.

Also at the end of the street is a Waldorf Astoria property. What beaches are just for dogs? Its a large park for being on an island that is 2 by 4 miles in size. It is across from the beach, a restaurant, public restrooms, and a kids park. There are plenty of seats, water stations, and shade for everyone. Great park in a crazy town don't let crazy tourist fool you.

I would not bring my dogs back to this park. There was broken beer bottles inside the park where the dogs play. Also, if you thought this was a dog beach, it's not. It's just a small fenced area that you have to pass by groups of homeless people to get to.

Huge park across from beach. Lots of room 4 dogs with separate areas 4 larger dogs. Lots of seats and water stations. Playground close along with public restrooms. I love this park!!! Oh so do my dogs!!!

Nice park with separate space for small dogs. Water available also chairs to sit on.
