Carousel Farm Off Leash Area

Did I hear people with pugs gather at Carousel on Sundays? What time?

My dog got spooked by something and ran off today at the park around 2pm, we've been looking ever since with no luck. His name is Charlie, he's a 3 month old yellow lab/collie mix, about 20 pounds. If anyonne has him please call me at 609-651-1941.

What a great space for dogs who love to run, romp, & swim!!

Great park!!! We've taken our lab/border collie mix there several times and had a blast every time. Most owners are responsible and we never really had any issues with any of the dogs. The pond is fun especially for dogs that love the water. It's not fenced but is surrounded by trees and the pond and it's huge so we never worried about our dog, but he comes when called and generally stays close by us. We live in Newark, but drive to Carousel because we love it!

Maybe the annoyed owners is a result of u or ur misbehaved mutt

The only downside is on a nice day not enough parking available

Took our dogs for the first time today and what a great park it is, my only concern is that some other owners need to keep a closer eye on their dogs. sure let them run but be mindful as to what they are doing with the other dogs to prevent confrontations.

We visited the park this morning with our black lab. He had a great time, he met about 48 friends, and is exhausted. We liked this park better than others we'd been to, I'd recommend it!

Carousel was the best before it became so commercialized. Watch out for aggresive dogs and irresponsible owners. My dog was attacked by an aggresive dog and I was bit as well...the owner took off after the incident and left me with a vet bill and a hospital bill. And this was a day when there were tons of people around, luckily, who helped me out. I had to get a series of rabies shots and my dog has never been the same. Of course incidents like this are rare but it does happen. Carousel can be a great place for you and your dog,just be aware and cautious of your suroundings.

Wonderful pond for dog only swimming. I haven't found any problems with the majority of the owners. Enough room so that dogs don't create one huge pack, they can mingle in small groups of 5 or so.

Nice park with swimming. Found many uptight owners.

It's a shame this site doesn't have more photos of the lake and area --- it's a wonderful park. My daughter spends hours there with her lab as he swims his heart out and plays with all his buddies.

Wonderful park for all types of dogs. There is plenty of space for dogs to run about and play, including a pond.
