Other Notes: Be sure to bring water to drink and a baggy to clean up after your dog. Unfenced- the off leash area is southeast and up the hill from the parking lot. Here is a map with upper and lower dog loops on it in the north part of the park.

Nice but barren of bowsers during week

Went during a weekday and my athletic dog enjoyed the moderate climbs up hills plus the various critter poop. After about 20 minutes without any other canine companionship, I saw a dog on leash a ways off and asked if the owner would bring her dog over to play with mine, which she did. Eventually a couple more people with dogs showed up, later in the afternoon, and they all were responsible owners with well socialized dogs. A nice spot for the person who wants a bit of exercise with their dog; the on-leash portions have spectacular views and a bike obstacle course would be fun to watch, although there were no "takers" while we were there. No water on site or poop bags, so bring your own.
