Beware the Dog Park Person

There is a wanna-be dog trainer who frequents this park. He carries a canister of compressed air and sprays dogs whose behavior he does not approve of in the face without prior notice to the owner(s). Tonight I heard him bragging that he "had gotten the (breed of dog) twice already". He pontificates aloud about teaching one's dog "boundaries". Too bad his parents did not do the same for him!
