Barkin Park Dog Park

Hershey, my Lab/Pit mix doesn't (ahem) take care of business very well on leash, so after a long drive finding this place was a must. We did, and in the day time it's a very easy find, but a little more difficult at night.
There are two areas, one for big and the other for 'small or shy' dogs. There were dog level fountains on both sides as well as water buckets, and lots of seating for the people. The little dog section even had some homemade agility equipment off to the side. The few people we met were nice, but mostly out of towners like us. The only negative about this place is that the ground is knobby and uneven, especially in the big dog section, so walk carefully. I tended to stay on near the fence unless I could help it.
