Personal Visit

After many comments and emails about this park not existing, I personally visited it in May 2010. It is hard to find but it really is there behind the horseshoe pits. It is a nicely fenced area with some chairs and mulch ground cover. Just the basic dog parks. There were only a few dogs there on a Saturday afternoon when I visited. It is very secluded and hard to find; I would probably only go if I knew some other dogs would be there.

Not too hard to find

This park appears (based of google satellite photos) to be right next to the ball fields right next to the parking lot...too bad it isn't right on the beach and the name suggests.

Is this dog park still in existence? It appears that the whole area has been turned into an athletic field.

ANSWER: Yes, the dog park is still here although some have found it tough to locate. We have added some notes on the location and hope it helps.
