Little dogs

This is a cool park but could use a separate small dog area.

lovely, simple, quiet

I've started taking my young deaf dog to this dog park recently. It is clean, though there are no longer county provided poop bags, there are visitor brought grocery bags for poop pick up, and the shade trees are nice and huge, so even in the midday summer sun I can still through the ball as far as I can and my dog doesn't have to leave the shade to get it. It's clean, calm, and quiet. I've only seen a couple other dogs there at any given time, so it's a very nice environment for a deaf dog who startles easily and gets very insecure around too high energy dogs. It's not close to the playground, so random children don't come by to harass the dogs. The only con I've noticed is the background noise of the freeway so close to the park.

The dog park is very nice.

The dog park is very nice. Its in the back of the park behind the baseball field. theres an entrance from the park or you can enter from the side of the park and there is a closer entrance from the street(i suggest this one). Howe dog park doesnt even compare to this one. Plenty of benches, shaded areas and a cute little dog drinking fountain. My babies had a blast, I am going to tell everyone about it.

Also the park is well maintained, doesnt smell like dog doo,no flies, not very many foxtails, theres even a scooper if you forgot yours.
