We're new dog parents. We brought our dogs, Jakers (beagle/pitt) and Snaps (g.shepherd/boxer). They enjoyed the large and small areas designated for them. They love to be social with any new dog or person. My husband and i found the neighbors very welcoming.

I went to this dog park 3 times. The park is nice but they could have done some better planning then having bark and rock for the dogs to play in (injury waiting to happen),maybe something like grass or even plain dirt!!!! The first time was nice and a new place to go with my OEB to play with her litter mate. The second time I went the dogs that where there already came to the gate and checked my dog out as dogs do when they first enter the park,no problems there. The third time was the same again,no problems at the gate but I had noticed that during the second visit and the third visit owners of other breeds did not let there dogs near mine to play even though they let there dogs rat pack on mine when she entered the gate with no regard.I had felt bad for my girl for the fact I had took her there to play with other dogs and have some fun. I thought that is what we do with our dogs at a dog park is so they can play with other dogs and expend the energy they have off leash. This tells me 2 things,if you are part of a click you are accepted ( kinda like the saying, the good ol boy club) or if you own a bully breed in which case I do,they are breed discrimitive. I will never take my OEB there ever again for the fact they are breed discrimitive and the people look down their noses at you like there poo dont stink. I thought this was a "community" park where everyone there lets there pets play and people get to know each other?? Oh yeah thats right,if i was part of a click or breed discrimitive I would fit right in!!!! I don't like you cordelia community park, you people know nothing about community you snobby people.

Now Open!

Nicely done with plenty of space in both parks. Of course the landscaping is young so it was hot the day we went. It they have nice shade cloth over tables.

Big Dog Park

The big dog park is beautifully landscaped however it's more appealing for humans than dogs. Whoever designed this big dog park doesn't own a dog. I can't understand why they built it with multiple tiers with big logs lining the walk way which is covered with stones. The other areas are filled with bark which is not good for the dogs paws. Between all the obsticles, the multiple tiers, the wrong kind of bark, the stone paths I see alot of dog injuries happening here. There's no real flat ground with grass so your dog can run freely. I couldn't even throw a ball for my dog to chase. Very poor design. There's a nice big FLAT grassy field just outside the big dog park. That's where I'll be running my dog...

WE like this park. It's brand new with a view to boot. It would have been nice if the park had partial grass area for the dogs and shaded areas for the humans. :) Both of our dogs had more fun at the smaller area since it was on level ground and had no gravel. They were able to run around more freely. A really nice park!

a great dog park!

There are two separate dog parks, one for big dog and one for small dogs. The big park is huge, with a lot of space to run, nice bark and shade in the front part of the park. It is really hot in the summer, so bring water.

First time here for me and my two Brittany Spaniels . This is a large space , with two water stations in the " larger dog area". When the trees get larger there will be more shade but that is confined to the hooded picnic seating just inside the entrance. Mulch , gravel and a concrete-paved walkway meander through a nicely - sized area. Watch for the bottom of the fence if you have "diggers". It has some gaps. Overall, nicely done. It's a real tribute to the delta area. Great views of the area as a bonus. Best park for dogs (and maybe humans) in Solano County
