Pinole Valley Dog Park

Pinole Dog Park is located behind the fire station on Pinole Valley Rd and is situated in a lovely creekside setting. The small dog park is separated from the regular dog park area by a paved path that leads to the little bridge connecting the dog park area from a playground and soccer field. The dog play areas are shaded, have year round grass and seating for the human visitors. Alli and Gideon give their hometown park a 5 Paw score!

This place was hard to find, .. a few walk down toward the right of the baseball field in Pinole Valley Park, across the bridge down the trail was a dog park one seperate large area for big dogs and a descent size one for smaller dogs both were fenced... This place was located in a private area located near the woods area right by a hidden trail. The small dog park area was nice as there were a picnic style bench area, a patio bench and a few chairs available.. This park had healthy green grass and some trees. Just further past the dog park area we found a nice trail to hike on, not sure how long it was as we only hiked up for 10 minutes.. Seems like a good hike up though.. a good place as it serves as a double purpose for visiting this area.. Overall I like this park over the Hercules Dog Park. We brought our 3 lil rascals here, there were two other owners with their dogs...
