Went here Feb 2012. Grass, some cement sidewalks, water, shade, poo bags. Depending on the time of day there can be plenty of doggies but owners seem aware and friendly. What's great is just outside park is water/ channel and dogs can swim and play as long as under watchful eye of owners. Friendly area, great public park. Some beach areas but no dog restrictions. Didn't see any aggressive activity from dogs while I was there . My dog, Bruno loves it here.
