The dog waste is recycled into use able material, their is solar power for any electrical needs, and even when the park was being built they used green building techniques. The park will be getting lighting as well as pre-owned artificial turf from a football stadium. This park has water fountains, benches, shade structures, and artwork. Anthem Pets is a non-profit organization which runs the park and all fees and applications are collected by them. This dog park is rated in the top five must see dog parks nationally by Pedigree in 2008.
