DogSpark is Brian Schwarz, a Philadelphia-based freelance writer, photographer and translator. His canine companions, Remington and Diego, are chihuahua/pug mixes who were rescued and cared for by the good folks at Quixote Humane's Enchantment Chihuahua Rescue in New Mexico before he adopted them.
