Most horrible veterinary 'care' anywhere.
They say they "treat your pets like their own"...can't imagine the nightmare lives those pets must have, then. Many, many misdiagnoses and lost opportunities to treat our animals correctly...dogs dead before their time, even one KILLED by "DR" Mahrt,overdosed and dead within 2 hrs. This "DR" also botched a euthanasia, fumbling stupidly while she convulsed and gasped on the table. It was all I could do not to grab the needle and stick it in his neck. Doc McGlasson is good,Doc Hayes may be good,and at least cares.

doesnt care about guests no care for clients
i have been taking my dog to the clinic in fort wright for over a year. my family takes their animals there as well and whenever i heard someone looking for an inexpensive vet i reccommended the clinic.
Recently i purchased a new puppy who came down with parvo. I knew that the dog needed to be treated immediately and having the puppy in our family for 3 months i was very emotional because the clinic quote " your dog has 90 percent of dying or he will have to be hospitalized and treated and in 3 days you will need to pick him up" i said how much is that treatment?
