Not entirely dog friendly
We went to King's because it was listed on doggoes.com. They have a very nice covered outside patio. When we arrived, we were told we would have to tie our dog to the rail OUTSIDE of the patio. We complained, and since our dog is very well trained, we called him a "service dog in training." There was no one else on the patio, so they let us bring our dog, and sit in the corner. I would not consider this a place where you can count on bringing your dog.
