Blue Ridge is very hit or miss depending on your waiter. The first time I took my dog there the server brought out a fresh bowl of water without us asking for it and it even had a lemon wheel on the rim and the guy was obviously a dog lover. The second time it was almost 90 outside and the waiter (a completely different guy) didn't even offer and we had to ask twice. The outdoor seating is also very crowded and only half of the table have umbrellas or are in the shade.
